The issue of smart school has been one of the problem being faced by students in this prestigious institution and students are complaining bitterly about it.
This issue stated that students paid for their smart school but found it difficult to be using it; many students doesn’t bother themselves by activating the smart school because they know they won’t have time to use it… Students are living far and near school areas; those from far places can’t afford to stress themselves to school just because they want to use smart school which they actually paid for, as most students can’t afford to be buying data always. Those that even have time going to school to use the smart school usually complain of the unstable services atimes.

What is the essence of what someone paid for and not using nor benefiting? Not even that the payment is optional, it’s compulsory!

To cut the story short, it will be of a great joy and stress-free for students if the school managements for smart school can actually be sending the 15GB data being used monthly to every students number used during registration, with this method all students that paid for the aforementioned smart school will have the full enjoyment of what they’re paying for; even in their various hostels without going into the campus just because of the so called smart school.

In conclusion, we hope the school managements will find something to do about this issue and find every possible means to make it work out.
